Strong nonprofit organizations are built on strong relationships. Learn how trauma-informed leadership, empathy, and practical OBM strategies directly influence morale, engagement, trust, performance, and organizational sustainability.

  • Analyze both the challenges and opportunities inherent within nonprofit organizational systems and their impact on workplace culture, staff morale, and workforce sustainability.

  • Explore how leadership behaviors can positively or negatively influence staff well-being, psychological safety, engagement, and retention.

  • Develop actionable leadership approaches that forge strong relationships, prevent burnout and promote resilience.

  • Apply key OBM strategies—including reinforcement, feedback, and behavior-shaping approaches that combine empathy to strengthen team functioning, communication, accountability, and employee performance.
