Participant Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in this course, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Intellectual Property:
All course materials—including text, videos, slides, handouts, and recordings—are the exclusive property of Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC). These materials are provided for personal professional development only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission from CGRC.
Recording Notice:
CGRC may record live online sessions for quality assurance, accreditation, or participant access. By attending, I consent to the possible recording of my participation, including audio, video, and written comments shared during the session. If I do not wish to be recorded, I understand I may keep my camera and microphone off and refrain from using identifying information in the chat.
Confidentiality:
I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all participant discussions and examples shared during the training. I will not share identifying information about clients, students, or colleagues that could compromise privacy.
Participation and Conduct:
I agree to engage respectfully and professionally during the training and to use the online platform (e.g., Zoom) responsibly, following the facilitator’s instructions and guidelines.
Technology Requirements:
I am responsible for ensuring I have the necessary technology (device, internet connection, software) to participate fully in the training.
Continuing Education Credit:
CE certificates will be issued only to participants who attend the full duration of the course, actively participate as required, and complete any post-course evaluations.
CGRC maintains certificate records for seven years from the date of completion.
